A: If you don’t love the way you feel and look, lakeside Optical will give you a get-out-of-jail free card to use in 90 days from the purchase date. All patients get a one-time redo and it can be exchanged for a frame of equal or lesser value at no additional charge. We buy the new lens and swap them out at no charge. If you choose a more expensive frame, pay the difference. It’s that simple. No refunds, 1 time exchange only por favor.
Q: Do my frame comes with a warranty?

A: We honor the one year manufacturer’s warranty. If you sit on them and they bend we promise to do our best to adjust them at no charge, if you run your car over them or use them as a fetch toy for Rex, the manufacturer will usually reject the replacement request, so please treat your frames with the respect they deserve.
Q: After I place my order how long will it take for me to get my new eyewear?

Please speak to our staff to see if they can turn them around for you as soon as possible. Sometimes we can make miracles happen and can get a job turned around within 24 hours, but this is when the stars align. Now to answer your question, we special order your lens, we always like to quote our patients 5 to 7 business days.
